Jim Swiech, CPA
Jim is a CPA with over 17 years of experience and a former partner at a regional financial firm. He also spent two years as the controller for a company that owned real estate across the country and two major professional sports teams. His background spans industries including real estate, construction, and professional services — and even advising social media influencers.
Jim specializes in helping clients nearing or in retirement navigate Social Security, cash flow planning, and tax-efficient strategies for drawing income. His day-to-day focus is on strategizing with clients and thinking creatively to ensure every decision is as tax-efficient as possible.
Originally from Eden, New York, Jim is proud to be in both the Eden Athletic Hall of Fame and the Roberts Wesleyan University Athletic Hall of Fame. He works alongside his wife and business partner, Donna, and together they raise their two sons, Brayden and Nathan, in Western New York.
Outside of work, Jim enjoys traveling (Hawaii is a favorite), cheering on the Buffalo Bills, hosting friends and family, and cooking — smash burgers and ribs are his specialties.

Donna Swiech - Client Relations & Operations
Donna brings a unique blend of warmth, organization, and competitive spirit to her role in client relations and operations. She began her career with a bachelor’s degree in childhood and special education, later earning a master’s degree in literacy. After years as a teacher, she joined the business full-time, and for the past two years, she’s been the welcoming voice and friendly face for clients — guiding them through onboarding, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, and ensuring every detail is handled with care.
Originally from Greece, NY — and proud to have been named Greece Athlete of the Year — Donna’s competitive drive is matched by her genuine compassion. She connects with clients on a personal level, meeting them where they are and making the process feel approachable. A triplet with a love of family, fitness, reading, and travel (especially to Hawaii), Donna brings dedication, energy, and heart to everything she does.
