How someone gets on this list
Coffee first
Jim sits down with every person before they're considered. No exceptions.
We know your work
Either GBT has worked with you directly, or we've spoken with at least two of your clients — and heard it straight from them.
You stay active
The relationship has to stay real. We do an annual check-in. If we don't know your business anymore, the spot opens up.
We handle problems like partners
If something ever goes sideways with a client, we talk. That's what partners do.
