Terms of Use

Terms of Use

Last updated May 18, 2026.

These Terms of Use govern your use of gobeyondtax.com (the “site”), operated by Swiech Consulting LLC (“Go Beyond Tax,” “we,” “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The site is educational, not advice

Everything on the site — articles, guides, workshop summaries, FAQ entries, examples, and answers from our website assistant — is general information for educational purposes. It is not tax advice, legal advice, investment advice, or financial planning advice tailored to your situation. Tax and financial outcomes depend on facts and circumstances we don't know from a website visit. Please talk to a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.

No client relationship from using the site

Visiting the site, reading our content, downloading our guide, attending a workshop, scheduling a free strategy session, or exchanging messages with us does not by itself create a CPA-client relationship. A client relationship begins only when both you and we sign a written engagement letter that describes the scope of the work and the fees.

Workshops and free sessions

Educational workshops and complimentary 30-minute strategy sessions are offered without obligation and at no cost. The information shared in these formats is general in nature and is not a personalized recommendation. Personalized advice is provided only inside a written engagement.

Accuracy

We make a good-faith effort to keep the site accurate and current, but tax law and financial-planning best practices change. We don't guarantee that every page reflects the latest law or the right answer for your situation, and we may update content without notice.

Intellectual property

The site's content — text, images, logos, layout, and the “Go Beyond Tax” name — is owned by Swiech Consulting LLCor our licensors. You may share short excerpts with attribution and a link back. Please don't copy, republish, or repurpose substantial portions without written permission.

Third-party links and tools

The site links to or embeds third-party tools (for example, a scheduling tool or an email-signup form). We don't control those services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Website assistant

The site includes a chat assistant designed to answer general questions about our practice. The assistant is an AI tool. It can be wrong, and it does not have access to your personal financial situation. Don't treat its answers as advice. If you want to talk through your situation, schedule a session with us.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Swiech Consulting LLCis not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here is intended to limit any duty we owe you under the rules of the New York State Board for Public Accountancy when we're acting as your CPA.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that isn't resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Niagara County or Erie County, New York.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
